Head of Human Resources (Corporate HR & Digital Transformation)

📍Hyderabad, India (Onsite)

With operations in the U.S. and India, Intellectt partners with global enterprises to deliver next-generation digital solutions across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors.


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources professional to architect, lead, and scale the Corporate HR function-focusing on policy implementation, systems, employee engagement, and organisational excellence aligned with our digital transformation roadmap.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies supporting Intellectt’s digital transformation and business expansion goals.
  • Establish a corporate HR structure that integrates talent management, people operations, and leadership development.
  • Partner with CXOs and department heads to build a high-performance, innovation-driven organisation.

Policy, Process & Governance

  • Design and institutionalise HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Strengthen organisational processes for onboarding, appraisal, promotion, and workforce planning.
  • Align all HR activities with legal and statutory compliance standards.

Systems, Reporting & Analytics

  • Lead the implementation of digital HR systems (HRMS) and automation tools to optimise efficiency.
  • Build HR analytics dashboards and periodic reports on headcount, attrition, payroll, and performance trends.
  • Utilise analytics for proactive decision-making and organisational insights.

Talent & Culture Development

  • Drive Talent Acquisition for leadership and niche technical roles.
  • Implement employee engagement, learning & development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
  • Develop competitive compensation structures, incentives, and benefits aligned with business needs.
  • Manage HR budgets and ensure accurate reporting.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 15+ years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (Head / AVP / VP level).
  • Strong track record in Corporate HR, policy development, HR systems implementation, payroll management, and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a technology or product company.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and strategic communication skills.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Personnel Management required.
