Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and analytical Systems Analyst to join our digital transformation team. This role is essential in evaluating business needs, analyzing system requirements, and driving implementation across cloud platforms , AI-driven tools , enterprise applications , and modern integration frameworks . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in cross-functional, tech-forward environments. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, document, and improve business processes, systems, and data flows. Collaborate with business stakeholders, software developers, data teams, and QA to design scalable solutions. Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure systems meet business objectives. Lead requirements gathering, functional specs documentation, and system configuration. Participate in the design and rollout of AI-integrated workflows, cloud applications, and microservices. Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and impact assessments for system changes. Support API-based integration between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, custom platforms). Ensure systems meet compliance, security, and performance standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS solutions . Strong understanding of data models , SQL , and RESTful APIs . Experience working with tools such as Jira , Confluence , Visio , or Lucidchart . Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum environments and software development lifecycles (SDLC). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with AI/ML-enabled platforms or generative AI tools. Knowledge of iPaaS solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier). Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), or ServiceNow . Understanding of data governance , privacy compliance , and cybersecurity basics . Certifications such as CBAP , ITIL , AWS Certified Solutions Architect , or Azure Fundamentals .
