Job Title: Staffing Sales Recruiter – Engineering & Life Sciences Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift Timing: U.S. Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST or similar) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–5 Years in U.S. Staffing Industry Industries Supported: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, Design) Medical Devices (QA, Validation, Regulatory Affairs, Product Development) Pharmaceuticals & Biotech (QC, QA, MES, CSV, Process Engineering) Life Sciences (Clinical Research, Regulatory, Quality Systems) Job Summary: We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Sales Recruiter to join our onsite Hyderabad team. This role involves coordinate with sourcing team and submitting high-quality technical candidates to U.S.-based clients and Tier 1 vendors, across engineering and life sciences domains. You will work closely with sourcing and recruiters in the process of resume marketing ensuring rapid turnaround on submissions and high interview ratios. Responsibilites : Submit qualified candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen for technical fit, communication skills, work authorization, availability, and compensation. Understand the exact job needs as defined by clients or vendors, including must-have skills. Format resumes to align with client expectations and submission templates. Submit candidates aggressively through internal submission systems, portals, or email channels. Maintain submission logs and follow up for interviews and feedback. Communicate and coordinate directly with Tier 1 vendors, MSPs, and end clients. Build working relationships with hiring managers, vendor account managers, and recruiters. Ensure timely feedback, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. Schedule and prepare candidates for client interviews with detailed briefs. Communicate updates and outcomes, ensuring documentation is maintained at all stages. Coordinate next steps with clients/vendors. Ensure compliance with all vendors/client submission and documentation requirements. Maintain updated records on resume pipelines, job statuses, and interview progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in U.S. staffing/recruitment Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients and Tier 1 vendors/MSPs Familiarity with Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharma job categories Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, CPT, OPT, EAD) and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad during night/U.S. hours Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline Hands-on experience working with U.S.-based clients and Tier 1 vendors/MSPs in the stream of Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharma Show more Show less
