Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the

  end-to-end HR strategy

  , aligning people practices with business objectives.
• Lead

  large-scale recruitment initiatives

  , building robust talent pipelines across levels and functions.
• Establish strong

  HR governance, performance management

  , and

  employee engagement frameworks

  suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Act as a

  strategic advisor to founders and senior leadership

  , shaping organizational structure, culture, and capability.
• Develop scalable HR systems and processes to support rapid headcount expansion.
• Lead workforce planning, learning & development, and compensation design initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 15–18 years of experience

  , with at least 5 years in a leadership HR role within a

  fast-growing B2C startup

  .
• Demonstrated experience in

  scaling organizations

  and managing

  high-volume recruitment

  .
• Strong business acumen with hands-on HR execution capability.
• Proven ability to operate in an

  ambiguous, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
