Key Responsibilities * **Operations Management:** Oversee all aspects of property operations, including front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all residents and guests. * **Resident & Guest Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families. Proactively address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of exceptional service and accountability. * **Financial Oversight:** Manage property budgets, track expenses, handle rent and service charge collections, and prepare financial reports. * **Marketing & Occupancy:** Develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates. This includes managing listings on various **online travel sites** and property portals. * **Vendor & Asset Management:** Coordinate with external vendors for services and repairs, and conduct regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards. --- **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Minimum of **5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry** in a management or leadership role. Experience in a residential or senior living community is a significant plus. * Excellent written and verbal **communication skills** with a professional level of proficiency in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is an advantage. * Proven knowledge of and experience with **online travel sites** and other booking/listing platforms. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service, with a focus on senior care. * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
