This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the hospital, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, financial stability, strategic development, and market positioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to all hospital departments. * Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with all regulatory standards, especially **NABH accreditation standards**. * Develop and implement strategies for financial growth, cost management, and revenue generation. * **Drive marketing and branding initiatives** to enhance the hospital's visibility and reputation within the community. * Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * **Build and maintain strong relationships and regularly meet with physicians, corporate partners, and key supporters** to ensure continued collaboration and growth. * Drive innovation and implement best practices in healthcare delivery. * Ensure the hospital's long-term sustainability and market competitiveness. **Qualifications:** * **Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital Management** or similar degree is required. * Minimum of **7-10 years of progressive leadership experience** in a hospital or healthcare setting. * **In-depth knowledge and experience with NABH accreditation standards and processes are essential.** * Proven ability to manage complex operations, financial performance, human resources, and marketing efforts effectively. * Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry trends. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams. * Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
