Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Bankers Group of Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective physiotherapy interventions for patients across various specialties, with a strong emphasis on cardiac rehabilitation. This role requires a compassionate professional who can work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient recovery and quality of life. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including range of motion, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, medical history, and clinical findings. Implement a wide range of physiotherapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy, as appropriate. Provide specialized physiotherapy care for cardiac patients, including pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and education on lifestyle modifications. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all interventions and outcomes accurately. Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and home care strategies. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education programs, and quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid registration/license to practice as a Physiotherapist in India. Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience as a Physiotherapist. Experience in a cardiac hospital or with cardiac rehabilitation is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and various physiotherapy techniques. Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
