The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing coaching strategies, and working closely with players to enhance their skills. Role Description – Physiotherapist (Full-Time | On-Site, Wayanad) We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing team at Sportto Soccer Club . This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wayanad, where you will work directly with players across different age groups to ensure their health, fitness, and performance readiness . You will play a key role in injury assessment, rehabilitation, prevention, and performance enhancement , working alongside coaches and our Head of Youth Development. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage player injuries during training and matches Design and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs Conduct injury prevention and recovery sessions for all age groups Collaborate with coaches, fitness trainers, and performance staff on player management Monitor player load and maintain detailed records of all treatments and recovery plans Support the overall physical well-being and performance of players in the academy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (mandatory) Strong knowledge of sports physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation Ability to assess and treat sports-related injuries effectively Experience designing and executing recovery and prevention programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certifications in Sports Physiotherapy or related specializations (preferred) Prior experience working with sports teams or athletes is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on experience: 0–1 year) Food and accommodation provided by the club Opportunity to work in a professional football environment Access to career growth pathways within the club’s sports science and medical department Be part of a passionate, fast-growing team shaping the next generation of footballers
