Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Wayanad for a Coaching Intern at Sportto Soccer Club. The Coaching Intern will assist in the daily training sessions, help in scouting talent, provide feedback to players, and support certified coaches in implementing the training program. Additionally, the intern will be involved in administrative tasks related to training schedules and match preparations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of football techniques and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate young players
• Organizational skills for managing training schedules and administrative tasks
• Passion for football and player development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous coaching experience is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Sports Management, Physical Education or related field is beneficial
