General/Property Manager at Swajan Community Living

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General/Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury community. This role is a perfect fit for a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive living environment.


As the General/Property Manager, you will be the heart of our community, responsible for everything from resident relations to property maintenance and financial management. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our standards of excellence are not just met but exceeded.


Key Responsibilities


* **Operations Management:** Oversee all aspects of property operations, including front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all residents and guests.

* **Resident & Guest Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families. Proactively address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.

* **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of exceptional service and accountability.

* **Financial Oversight:** Manage property budgets, track expenses, handle rent and service charge collections, and prepare financial reports.

* **Marketing & Occupancy:** Develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates. This includes managing listings on various **online travel sites** and property portals.

* **Vendor & Asset Management:** Coordinate with external vendors for services and repairs, and conduct regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**


* Minimum of **5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry** in a management or leadership role. Experience in a residential or senior living community is a significant plus.

* Excellent written and verbal **communication skills** with a professional level of proficiency in English. Knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is an advantage.

* Proven knowledge of and experience with **online travel sites** and other booking/listing platforms.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

* A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer service, with a focus on senior care.

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
