Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive anaesthetic care to patients undergoing a wide range of cardiac surgical and interventional procedures.

Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anaesthetic plans.

Administer and monitor anaesthesia, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.

Manage intraoperative physiological parameters and respond effectively to any critical events.

Provide post-operative pain management and contribute to the overall recovery of cardiac patients.

Collaborate effectively with surgeons, cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.

Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology.

Fellowship or training in Cardiac Anaesthesia is highly desirable.

Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience as a Anaesthetist.

Proven ability to manage complex cardiac cases.

Excellent clinical skills and sound knowledge of current anaesthetic techniques and equipment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) and Gujarat medical council.
