Executive Assistant to Directors - Bankers Group of Hospitals

Executive Assistant


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support:

     Assist with the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including coordinating with various departments, managing logistics, and ensuring that daily tasks run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Calendar and Communication Management:

     Proactively manage complex schedules for both Directors, prioritizing appointments and meetings to optimize their time. Expertly handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including drafting and managing emails, screening phone calls, and organizing mail with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Travel and Event Coordination:

     Arrange all domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all arrangements are meticulously handled.
  • Project and Administrative Support:

     Provide dedicated support in managing various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. Execute a wide range of administrative duties, such as preparing impactful presentations, compiling comprehensive reports, and meticulously managing expense reports.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion:

     Handle sensitive information and confidential matters with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

  • Qualifications and Skills

    • A minimum of three (3) years of work experience is required

      , with a proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
    • Professional English proficiency is a major requirement

      , with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • A minimum 

      Bachelor's degree is required

      .
    • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred

    • Strong organizational skills and impeccable time management, with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Meticulous 

      attention to detail and accuracy

       in all tasks.
    • Advanced proficiency in 

      Microsoft Office Suite

       (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
