Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in Karnal. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining positive employee relations. The role involves strategic planning, compliances, payroll, talent management, and fostering a productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, expert in Payroll, compliances etc.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the entertainment, media, or technology industry is a plus
