Role Overview

The HR Head will lead the Human Resources function for the hospital, overseeing all HR operations including recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with hospital objectives.
• Supervise recruitment, induction, and employee retention programs.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and performance appraisals.
• Drive learning & development programs and talent management initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead HR audits, manpower planning, and workforce analytics.
• Advise management on HR best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 58 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary HR teams.
• Strong understanding of hospital HR policies and compliance laws.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
