Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Strategy & Structure

● Design and implement a scalable organization structure aligned with business growth plans across all verticals (Digital, Experiential, Brand Strategy, Content, and Operations).

● Lead workforce planning and capability mapping to ensure the right talent mix for current and future needs.

● Define and document clear roles, accountability frameworks, and reporting structures.

2. People & Culture

● Champion a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture that reflects Magnanimous’ creative ethos and sustainability principles.

● Create programs that reinforce culture, recognition, and collaboration across teams.

● Build diversity, equity, and wellbeing initiatives suited to a modern, creative workplace.

3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

● Build an employer brand that positions Magnanimous as a top destination for creative and strategic talent.

● Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on creative, strategic, and operational roles. ● Introduce structured onboarding and talent integration programs that reflect brand and cultural values.

4. Performance & Capability Building

● Develop performance management systems that balance creativity with accountability and measurable outcomes.

● Establish learning and leadership development frameworks to grow in-house talent and reduce dependency on external hiring.

● Coach and mentor team leaders to evolve into people managers. 5. Systems, Processes & Compliance

● Set up scalable HR policies, digital systems, and documentation frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

● Introduce HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision making (attrition, productivity, cost metrics, etc.).

● Oversee compensation design and internal parity to align with industry benchmarks and investor expectations.

Key Requirements

● 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or strategic HR role in a creative agency, media, luxury, or fast-scaling startup environment.

● Proven track record in organization design, leadership development, and HR transformation.

● Strong understanding of business fundamentals, growth strategy, and investor expectations.

● Experience building HR systems, policies, and scalable processes from the ground up.

● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
