Role Summary We are seeking a Head of HR to lead and scale our people strategy during this critical growth phase. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a plant HR role to corporate HR leadership, have proven experience in manufacturing environments, and be capable of managing HR across multiple verticals. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership • Align HR strategy with long-term business goals in close partnership with promoters and leadership. • Build a scalable, agile HR function across three interrelated business verticals. • Drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth, structure, and culture.
