Job Profile:

A) Data Collection, Reporting & Analysis

  • Collect and consolidate sales data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, distributor reports, and the sales team). Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reports.
  • Develop and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports and dashboards. Analyze sales trends, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Track and report KPIs such as sales vs. target, pipeline health, product mix, regional performance, lead conversion rates, etc., and provide actionable insights to the sales team and management for decision-making.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports for leadership review using Excel, BI tools, or CRM analytics.


B) Business Review Support

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, charts, and graphs for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Support the Sales Head in preparing data packs for strategy discussions and cross-functional meetings.
  • Support Sales Head in creating accurate sales forecasts using historical data and market trends to aid in business planning and strategy.


C) Process & System Management

  • Support the implementation and administration of the CRM system (such as Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Ensure 100% of the sales team is using CRM and capturing the necessary data in CRM without any deviation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and marketing teams to reconcile sales numbers and align reports.


D) Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Compile market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand patterns from sales teams and industry sources.
  • Present findings in structured formats to help shape sales strategies.


E) Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, sales operations, or data reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Exposure to sales analytics in pharma, scientific instruments, FMCG, or industrial products will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying will be an added advantage.
