Role Overview


Business Development Head


You will drive revenue growth, build and lead a strong salesforce, and help position our products as trusted solutions in the healthcare ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


Business Growth & Strategy


  • Define and implement the

    pan-India go-to-market strategy

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with healthcare providers & institutions
  • Set revenue targets and own achievement across regions


Team Building & Leadership


  • Recruit, build, and mentor a

    sizeable member sales team

  • Focus on

    Pan India expansion

  • Establish performance metrics, training, and leadership development


Sales Execution

  • Lead field sales activities, strategic deal closures, and enterprise engagements
  • Work closely with key healthcare stakeholders — from clinicians to hospital administrators
  • Standardize processes, forecast pipelines, and improve closure rates


Incentive & Performance Management

  • Design and implement

    sales incentive & reward structures

  • Build a high-motivation, target-oriented culture
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize team productivity


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospital networks, and group practices
  • Represent the company at industry events, healthcare forums, and conferences
  • Provide feedback from the market to product and leadership teams


Required Experience & Qualifications


Mandatory


  • 7+ years of experience

    in healthcare sales or business development
  • Proven success in

    selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions

  • Strong track record of

    building and managing field sales teams

  • Hands-on experience with direct engagement and negotiation with healthcare stakeholders
  • Ability to lead national sales and work independently


Preferred


  • Background as a

    Medical Representative / Area Manager / Regional Sales Head

  • Experience selling

    healthcare IT, EMR/HMS, SaaS, or digital health solutions

  • Understanding of both

    North Indian & South Indian healthcare markets


Language Requirements


  • Hindi – Mandatory

  • Tamil – Strongly Preferred

  • English – Professional Proficiency
