Business Development Head (2–3 Years Experience) Work Mode: Onsite Location: Delhi / Delhi NCR Company: Script Studio About Script Studio Script Studio is a fast-growing software development and digital solutions company delivering web, mobile app, AI, and custom technology solutions to clients across India and international markets. We work closely with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to turn ideas into scalable digital products. As we expand our sales and partnerships, we are looking for a Business Development Head who can drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and represent Script Studio in the Delhi–NCR market. Key Responsibilities Lead B2B client acquisition for IT services including web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, and custom software. Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle : lead generation, client meetings, requirement understanding, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, and inbound leads . Prepare detailed proposals, pricing structures, project scope documents, and growth strategies aligned with client requirements. Conduct onsite and virtual client meetings , presentations, and demos when required. Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients. Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth handover and successful project execution. Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular revenue and pipeline reports . Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Script Studio competitively. Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within an IT services company, digital agency, or SaaS environment . Strong understanding of web development, mobile applications, AI, and digital transformation solutions . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite office environment . Experience dealing with international clients is a strong advantage.
