We are looking We're looking for a Business Development Head / Business Development Manager to build and lead the Sales & Marketing (S&M) function from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is passionate about healthcare, and can independently design and execute our go-to-market (GTM) motion. Opportunity Details Open Role: Business Development Head / Manager Role Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Location: Remote (Preference for Hyderabad and NCR Region) Required Work Experience: 3-5 years Key Responsibilities: Lead and define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Celeritaz Health. Identify and onboard early partner hospitals to test and scale the MVP. Build and refine BD and S&M processes, including pipeline development and hospital outreach. Own the customer journey from discovery to onboarding, acting as the primary contact for early hospital partners. Develop BD materials (pitch decks, case studies, outreach scripts, etc.). Work closely with the product and tech teams to feed back user insights and influence the roadmap. Drive awareness and build Celeritaz's brand presence in the healthtech space. Lay the foundation of a sales & partnerships team as we grow. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology. Strong understanding of hospital operations and decision-making cycles. Prior experience engaging with hospitals or health systems is a big plus. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move fast in a lean setup. Passion for healthcare and belief in technology as a lever for impact.
