We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a dynamic Head – Business Development to drive growth and lead our national revenue strategy. Role Overview The Head – Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth Pan-India , building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing client relationships, and expanding HRPro Solution’s presence in recruitment and staffing markets. This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in business development within staffing or HR services. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute business development & revenue growth strategy across India Acquire new corporate clients for recruitment, staffing, payroll & manpower services Develop and maintain strong CXO-level relationships Build, mentor & manage a Pan-India Business Development / Sales team Drive P&L, sales targets, forecasting & pipeline management Identify new market opportunities, sectors & service offerings Negotiate commercials, proposals, contracts & SLAs Work closely with Delivery & Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue realization Track and report on sales metrics, funnel progress & cash-in-bank outcomes Represent the organization in industry forums, events & networking platforms Ensure renewals, upsell & account expansion Required Experience & Skills 14+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in: Recruitment Staffing Manpower outsourcing / HR services (preferred) Proven track record of team handling and national revenue management Strong network with corporates & decision-makers Experience managing high-value enterprise deals Strong negotiation, presentation & communication skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Ability to work in a target-driven environment Exposure to P&L ownership will be an advantage
