Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Creative UI/UX & Visual Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly web interfaces, mobile app experiences, and eye-catching visuals for digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator in English, proactive in using AI tools for faster and smarter design processes, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design responsive websites and landing pages using Figma, Photoshop, and related tools. Create intuitive UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications. Design engaging social media graphics, banners, and digital marketing creatives. Use AI tools effectively to accelerate design workflows, ideation, and visual prototyping. Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets. Understand client briefs and deliver visually compelling solutions with quick turnarounds. Required Skills: Proficiency in Figma , Adobe Photoshop , and design tools. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles , user journeys, and responsive design. Good knowledge of designing for digital platforms and social media . Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to prompt and use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) effectively. High attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics. Time management and ability to work across multiple projects. Good to Have: Knowledge of Illustrator, Canva, or After Effects.
