As the Head of Business Development for 10 Downing Street, your primary responsibility will be to lead the franchise expansion efforts of the iconic British-style resto-bar brand. You will be expected to independently identify and secure new franchise partners, select suitable real estate locations, and oversee all pre-opening activities until the launch of new outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new franchise/investor partners throughout India. - Source and finalize commercial real estate locations in targeted markets. - Coordinate pre-opening activities, including fit-out planning and vendor management. - Supervise operations until handover to the operational team. - Engage external consultants or brokers on a success-fee basis when necessary. - Represent the brand at investor meetings, roadshows, and other events. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or franchise business development. - Strong background in business development, real estate leasing, and franchising. - Demonstrated success in closing franchise or investor partnerships. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and execution skills. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Ability to work independently and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to customize KPIs focusing on general expansion, particularly in metros and Tier 1/2 cities. Your compensation will include a fixed base salary along with incentives through a success fee structure. This role also presents a growth opportunity to establish and lead a Business Development team as the franchise network grows.
