Candidate should be Manufacturing Back Ground only and at least 10 to 15 Years Experience in HR Domain.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

- Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent and meet organizational needs.

2. Attendance Management:

- Manage attendance tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Address attendance-related issues, handle leave requests, and ensure smooth operations.

3. Payroll Management:

- Oversee payroll administration, including accurate processing of salaries, expense reimbursements, and advances.

- Ensure timely payroll disbursement and maintain detailed payroll records.

4. Exit Process:

- Manage the full and final settlement process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

5. HR Manual and Policies:

- Develop, update, and maintain the HR manual, including policies and procedures.

- Ensure that HR practices comply with statutory requirements and industry best practices.

6. Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to statutory obligations such as ESI, PF, gratuity, and leave encashment.

- Manage compliance audits, documentation, and reporting.

7. Incentives and Benefits:

- Oversee the administration and distribution of employee incentives and benefits programs.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits and address any related issues.

8. Designation and Salary Fixation:

- Manage employee designations, salary fixation, salary bands, and grading structures.

- Conduct regular salary reviews and adjustments as needed.

9. Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance management systems (PMS), including performance analysis and reviews.

- Facilitate feedback sessions and development plans to improve employee performance.

10. Induction and Training:

- Coordinate the induction process for new hires and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.

- Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

11. Sales Team Toolkit and Identity:

- Manage the distribution of sales team toolkits, ID cards (both NFC and normal), and other necessary resources.

- Ensure that all team members are equipped with the required tools and identification.

12. Employee Engagement and Recognition:

- Organize employee engagement initiatives, awards, and recognition programs.

- Coordinate celebratory events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and work anniversaries.

13. CRM and Team Records:

- Oversee CRM management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date team records.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all HR processes and employee information.

14. Medical and Accidental Policies:

- Administer medical and accidental insurance policies, ensuring compliance with policy terms and coverage.

15. Employee Verification and Documentation:

- Conduct thorough employee verification processes and manage the issuance of appointment letters.

- Maintain accurate and current employee records.

16. Team Meetings:

- Organize and manage Zoom Pe Dhoom sessions and team meetings.

- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members.

1. Effective Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Successful recruitment and smooth onboarding of new hires in alignment with organizational needs.

2. Accurate Payroll Management:

- Timely and precise processing of payroll, including salaries, expenses, and advances.

3. Compliance and Policy Adherence:

- Full adherence to statutory compliance requirements and internal HR policies.

4. Efficient Exit Process:

- Seamless execution of the exit process, including full and final settlement, with adherence to policies.

5. Performance Management Effectiveness:

- Effective management and implementation of performance management systems and reviews.

6. Employee Engagement and Recognition:

- Successful execution of engagement initiatives and recognition programs.

7. Training and Development:

- Effective coordination of induction and training programs with measurable improvements in employee performance.

8. Accurate Record Keeping:

- Maintenance of precise records for attendance, payroll, employee verification, and related documentation.

9. Benefits and Incentives Management:

- Efficient management and timely distribution of employee benefits and incentives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Recruitment Efficiency:

- Definition: Time taken to fill open positions and quality of hires.

- Target: Average time-to-hire within 30 days; 90% of new hires meet performance expectations.

2. Payroll Accuracy Rate:

- Definition: Percentage of payroll processed without errors.

- Target: 100% accuracy.

3. Compliance Adherence Rate:

- Definition: Percentage of compliance with statutory requirements.

- Target: 100% compliance.

4. Exit Process Timeliness:

- Definition: Time taken to complete the full and final settlement.

- Target: Within 45 days of employee exit.

5. Employee Satisfaction Score:

- Definition: Average score from employee satisfaction surveys.

- Target: 85% or above.

6. Training Effectiveness:

- Definition: Improvement in employee performance post-training.

- Target: 20% improvement in performance metrics.

7. Employee Engagement Rate:

- Definition: Participation rate in engagement activities and recognition programs.

- Target: 90% participation rate.

8. Record Accuracy Rate:

- Definition: Percentage of accurate records maintained.

- Target: 98% accuracy.

9. Benefits and Incentives Distribution Timeliness:

- Definition: Time taken to process and distribute benefits and incentives.

- Target: Within 15 business days.

10. CRM Data Implementation & Accuracy:

- Definition: Accuracy of data in the CRM system and its efficient implementation.

- Target: 95% accuracy; 95% implementation and usage by employees.
