Role Summary

The Head of HR is responsible for developing and executing the company s human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, compliance, and creating a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company s goals.

  Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

  Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management

• 
  

  Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.



• 
  

  Develop employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.



• 
  

  Drive succession planning and internal talent mobility programs.

3. Organizational Development & Culture

• 
  

  Foster an inclusive and performance-driven culture.



• 
  

  Design employee engagement frameworks and execute culture-building interventions.



• 
  

  Lead leadership development and capability-building programs.

4. Performance Management

• 
  

  Oversee performance management systems and KPI/OKR frameworks.



• 
  

  Guide managers in delivering constructive feedback and coaching.



• 
  

  Drive a high-performance environment through data-driven insights.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  Develop competitive compensation strategies and policies.



• 
  

  Conduct annual salary reviews and benefits benchmarking.

  Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

6. Employee Relations & Compliance

  Act as a point of escalation for complex HR issues.

  Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.

  Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

7. HR Operations & Analytics

  Oversee HR systems, HRIS, and digital transformation initiatives.

  Build HR dashboards and use analytics for informed decision-making.

  Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
