Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager - Business Analyst (Post-Sales) to drive the successful delivery of client projects post-contract signing. This role is pivotal in translating signed-off business requirements into actionable project plans, managing client expectations, and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for post-sales engagements across multiple clients.


• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.


• Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.


• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and scope.

Business Analysis (Post-Sales)

• Act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.


• Conduct deep-dive requirement analysis sessions to refine and clarify business needs post-sales.


• Document and validate functional/non-functional requirements.


• Support the development and QA teams by translating business requirements into technical stories/use cases.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.


• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.


• Facilitate client workshops, demos, and progress reviews.

Team Leadership

• Guide, mentor, and oversee a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, and QA.


• Drive performance, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.


• Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale IT/software projects.


• Strong post-sales client engagement experience.


• Hands-on experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.


• Expertise in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
