Job Location: Jaipur , Rajasthan Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager - Business Analyst (Post-Sales) to drive the successful delivery of client projects post-contract signing. This role is pivotal in translating signed-off business requirements into actionable project plans, managing client expectations, and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Project Management Lead end-to-end project delivery for post-sales engagements across multiple clients. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Track project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and scope. Business Analysis (Post-Sales) Act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. Conduct deep-dive requirement analysis sessions to refine and clarify business needs post-sales. Document and validate functional/non-functional requirements. Support the development and QA teams by translating business requirements into technical stories/use cases. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate client workshops, demos, and progress reviews. Team Leadership Guide, mentor, and oversee a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, and QA. Drive performance, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts. Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management and business analysis. Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale IT/software projects. Strong post-sales client engagement experience. Hands-on experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Expertise in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
