The candidate should have up to 10 years of experience in managing steel structure projects, handling clients, planning budgets, and overseeing multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Manage complete execution of steel building / PEB projects from planning to completion. Supervise multiple sites and ensure adherence to timelines and quality. Prepare budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates for new and ongoing projects. Manage manpower , subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams. Maintain strong client relationships , provide updates, and address issues. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams. Monitor site progress and enforce safety and quality standards . Identify risks and ensure timely corrective actions. Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
