Job Description

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete execution of
steel building / PEB projects
from planning to completion.
Supervise
multiple sites
and ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
Prepare
budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates
for new and ongoing projects.
Manage
manpower
, subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams.
Maintain strong
client relationships
, provide updates, and address issues.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams.
Monitor site progress and enforce
safety and quality standards
.
Identify risks and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
