Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Civil at Naukripay Group in Rajkot. The responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, managing budgets and project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring safety and compliance regulations, and delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering and construction management tasks.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development
Proven expertise in Project Management and Construction Management
Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and manage end-to-end project responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in construction projects
