Explain real estate project details, pricing, location advantages, and other USPs over the phone. 3. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. 4. Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team with potential buyers. 5. Follow up with interested clients regularly to convert leads into site visits or bookings. 6. Maintain an up-to-date record of calls and responses in the CRM or Excel sheet. 7. Provide daily reports on call status, hot leads, and visit confirmations. 8. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads as required. 9. Assist the marketing team in calling for promotional campaigns or events.
