Role & responsibilities Identifying Sales Opportunities Conducting product presentation, meetings and demos tailored to customer needs Negotiating terms and prices with clients and closing profitable deals. Achieving & exceeding assigned sales quotas & targets Experience in Channel Management Able to engage existing channel partner Communicate with new channel partners & add new ones aggressively Prepare Sales Report & provide feedback Understanding the project and brief the same to the clients Expert in conveying genuine enthusiasm of the Company to the Clients Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & customer interaction using CRM tools. Ensuring customer satisfaction post sale and handling any issues or complaints Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communication skills Strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST Minimum of 5+yrs in managing Inside sales/ SMB Sales/Direct Sales. An extroverted personality who enjoys being and talking with people; high energy level and a positive approach; team player; skill to motivate team.
