Job Description

Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to handover.
Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, budgets, and resource allocation.
Oversee site execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project operations.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control at all stages.
Manage project documentation, drawings, material approvals, and client sign-offs.
Track project timelines, control costs, and prepare regular MIS/project reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead project review meetings with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
Manage subcontractors and labour teams to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
