We are hiring a dynamic Sales & PR Manager to spearhead outreach, collaborations, and relationship building across multiple influencer-led brands. You’ll be the front-facing point of contact for strategic collabs, PR partnerships, and client onboarding for our content creation agency Traderoom.
Brand Collaborations: Actively reach out to potential brands and creators for paid collaborations across all our social media pages.
Public Relations: Build media relationships and pitch stories to magazines, podcasts, news, and influencer pages.
Podcast Guest Outreach: Identify and invite high-profile or relevant guests to our upcoming podcast series.
Client Coordination: Onboard new clients for Traderoom, manage follow-ups, and close deals for content creation services.
Travel Coordination: When the founders travel for work (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi), plan and schedule relevant business meetings to maximize networking.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain outreach pipelines, keep detailed records of conversations, and report weekly updates on progress and conversions.
Prior experience (Minimum 3 years) in sales, influencer marketing, or PR
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, especially on Instagram and YouTube
Comfortable with CRM tools, emails, and professional communication
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, creator-led environment
Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset
