The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners including architects, interior designers, contractors, and home improvement retailers across Chennai. • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with company goals. • Market Mapping & Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners, competitor strategies, and industry trends to inform business development plans. • Sales Enablement: Equip partners with product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales support to help them effectively promote and sell our interior solutions. • Revenue Generation: Drive partner-led sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic collaboration and performance monitoring. • Training & Development: Organize onboarding and product training sessions for new partners to ensure they are fully informed and aligned with brand standards. • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.
