About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead international B2B sales, primarily focusing on the USA and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably from EdTech, Tech Sales, Fintech, or fast-scaling startups, with a proven record of closing high-value deals with C-level executives.

This role is designed for professionals who thrive in performance-driven, fast-paced environments and are passionate about driving business expansion globally.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the end-to-end international B2B sales process with a focus on USA/Canada markets.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship development.

  • Understand client pain points and propose customized solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Meet and exceed high-volume sales targets in a startup-like, growth-driven environment.

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and senior decision-makers to close strategic deals.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Delivery) for seamless client onboarding and long-term success.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support business growth strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and updated sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs via CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).


Candidate Requirements


  • Experience: 8-10 years of hardcore sales/collections experience with at least 4 years in direct B2B international sales (mandatory).

  • Market Expertise: Proven track record in USA/Canada B2B sales (mandatory).

  • Industry Background: Must come from one or more of the following:

  • EdTech

  • Tech Sales

  • Fintech Sales

  • High-growth, sales-driven startups

  • Age Group: 30-40 years (Male candidates only).

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to close high-value deals with senior stakeholders.

  • Expertise in market research and competitor mapping.

  • Comfortable working in late-hour schedules.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
