Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multi-discipline, high-value projects (typically INR 80cr to 100cr+) while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full life-cycle of complex EPC / EPCM projects from award to mechanical completion and handover.
• Develop and execute detailed Project Execution Plans, schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consortium partners.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ASTM, IEC, etc.), local regulations, and client specifications.
• Drive risk management, change management, and claims mitigation.
• Monitor and control project KPIs – safety (zero LTI target), cost, schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Regular reporting to senior management and client (progress, financial forecasts, critical issues).
• Lead project close-out, punch list clearance, documentation, and lessons-learned sessions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical .

• Minimum 12–15 years

  of relevant experience in construction project management.
• At least 5-7

  years

  hands-on experience on

  petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, LNG, fertilizer, or heavy industrial plant projects

  (brownfield or greenfield).
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is mandatory.
• Strong contract management knowledge (FIDIC, NEC, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
