12+ Years in IT Project Management, with at least 5+ years in QSR or Retail Technology Projects.

Role Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Technology Implementation

• Manage deployment of QSR technology solutions (POS, kiosks, mobile apps, loyalty systems).
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for system integration and testing.

• Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between IT, operations, and business teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Risk & Compliance

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards (PCI DSS) and food safety regulations.

• Process Optimization

• Drive automation and efficiency improvements in restaurant operations.
• Utilize tools like

  Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project

  for tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  BE, B. Tech, ME, M.Tech

• Certifications:

  PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of QSR technology solutions (POS systems, kiosk software, mobile ordering platforms).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration frameworks.

• Project Management Tools:

  Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, Visio.

• Soft Skills:

  Leadership, communication, problem-solving, adaptability.

Experience:

• Minimum

  12+ years

  in IT project management.
• At least

  5+ years

  managing QSR or retail technology projects.
• Proven track record of multi-location deployments and vendor coordination.
