The role will play a critical part in ensuring 100% manpower availability for multi-location mega projects while maintaining zero legal / IR risk. Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Manpower Planning Lead bulk hiring (500-700+ hires per year) for white-collar (engineers, managers) and blue-collar (technicians, skilled/unskilled workers) roles across domestic projects. Build and execute annual manpower mobilization plans in coordination with Project Directors. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, salary fitment, offer release, medical & background verification, on-boarding, and camp allocation. Maintain strong relationships with manpower contractors, RPO partners, and overseas recruitment agencies (Middle East, Nepal, etc.). Drive campus hiring, employee referral programs, and digital recruitment campaigns. B. Industrial Relations & Labour Law Compliance Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages, POSH, Shops & Establishment, etc.) across all project sites. Handle labour audits, notices, inspections, and liaison with labour department / government authorities. Manage union relations, wage negotiations, long-term settlements (LTS), and prevent / resolve industrial disputes. Oversee contractor workforce compliance (wages, safety, insurance, gate pass, etc.). Implement disciplinary procedures, domestic enquiries, and settlement agreements. C. General HR Responsibilities Roll out HR policies on project sites (attendance, leave, overtime, camp rules, etc.). Manage payroll inputs for site workforce and resolve grievances. Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives on remote sites. Prepare HR MIS, compliance dashboards, and monthly reports for senior management. Required Qualifications & Experience Full-time MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or Labour Law from a reputed institute. Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on HR experience, out of which at least 7-8 years must be in construction, petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sector . Proven track record of handling bulk recruitment and labour law compliance on large project sites . In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws. Experience in managing contractor workforce of 500+ workers across multiple sites. Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS / SAP SuccessFactors is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively to project sites (30–50% travel). Preferred Additional Skills Certification in Labour Law (DLL, DILR) or POSH ICC membership. Prior experience in Middle East / GCC projects. Fluency in Hindi + English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage. Employment Type: Full-Time Reports to: Director of Projects / General Manager Projects Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12–15+ years of proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in petrochemical plants, refineries, oil & gas facilities, industrial plants, LNG terminals, fertilizer plants, or similar heavy-process industries . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multi-discipline, high-value projects (typically INR 80cr to 100cr+) while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full life-cycle of complex EPC / EPCM projects from award to mechanical completion and handover. Develop and execute detailed Project Execution Plans, schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and consortium partners. Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ASTM, IEC, etc.), local regulations, and client specifications. Drive risk management, change management, and claims mitigation. Monitor and control project KPIs – safety (zero LTI target), cost, schedule, quality, and profitability. Regular reporting to senior management and client (progress, financial forecasts, critical issues). Lead project close-out, punch list clearance, documentation, and lessons-learned sessions. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical . Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction project management. At least 5-7 years hands-on experience on petrochemical, refinery, oil & gas, LNG, fertilizer, or heavy industrial plant projects (brownfield or greenfield). Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget. Expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is mandatory. Strong contract management knowledge (FIDIC, NEC, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
