The Specialist / Senior Specialist for Talent Management is responsible for overseeing the administration of talent management programs and systems. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data, coordinating learning events, and offering administrative support to the Talent management team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing various talent management activities such as leading the execution of actions related to the identification and rollout of leadership development initiatives. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to assist in content design and development, drive communication strategies to enhance program visibility and engagement, and work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to facilitate career planning. Additionally, you will be expected to lead the execution of succession planning processes, analyze data to identify gaps and propose interventions, and oversee the identification and development of high-potential employees. It will be your responsibility to monitor progress and provide leadership, refine and maintain the leadership competency framework, and ensure integration with performance and development processes. Furthermore, you will play a key role in leading culture initiatives to create an inclusive and high-performing workplace, offering advisory support on best practices and change management, ensuring the achievement of KPIs and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and supporting business continuity planning and management reviews. Collaboration with the Service Management team to ensure the proper escalation and resolution of issues will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have 3-6 years of experience in talent and learning administration for multinational corporations. Exposure to transition/offshoring of L&D activities would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain organized systems for efficient operations.,

Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of performance management systems, providing administrative support, and coordinating performance-related activities across the organization.
