Job Description

As a highly experienced and strategic Regional HR Head, your role will involve overseeing all Human Resources functions within a designated region of operations. You will be responsible for strategic planning, talent management, employee development, and ensuring comprehensive compliance with employment laws and regulations. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, you will drive organizational effectiveness and performance within the region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans. - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness. - Collaborate with other departments to support broader organizational goals and initiatives. - Lead the recruitment process for the region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment. - Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly. - Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. - Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide feedback. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate goal-setting processes. - Identify regional training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. - Ensure absolute compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. - Collect and analyze HR data to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce demographics. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. Candidate Qualifications: - A Postgraduate or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 12+ years of experience in HR leadership roles. - Experience in the Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or SCM industry preferred. - In-depth knowledge of core HR principles, practices, and regulations. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop an HR team effectively. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
