Regional HR Head

As a Regional HR Head for the locations in South & North, your role involves overseeing the entire gamut of HR operations. This includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, and Employee Welfare. Your responsibilities will include the following key tasks: - Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting for the region. - Oversee the end-to-end Performance Management review process for the region. - Manage processing confirmations, transfers, and promotions for the region. - Research, implement, and administer all company benefit plans. - Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to HR to minimize legal risks. - Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improving organizational policies and procedures. - Monitor and advise on the performance of HR Operations team functions. - Review performance, coach staff, and encourage ongoing learning and development within the HR Team. Qualifications Required: - Post Graduation in HR with 15-20 years of relevant experience Key Skills: - Good organizational and communication skills - Adaptability to a complex environment - Strong organizational and self-motivational abilities - Team management and support capabilities - Strategic thinking and innovative approach - Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills This position requires someone with substantial experience in dealing with various aspects of employee relations, including sickness management, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and change management.,
