Conduct Demand generating activities (painter meets, site visit, sampling on sites, meeting and convincing painters & architects, etc.) in the assigned territory 7. Increase sales, both in volume and value within the assigned territory 8. Achieve the Sales Targets 9. Groom & Train sales team, to deliver their best 10. Monitor workings of sales team and depot staff 11. Prepare reports related to planning and achievements 12. Role & responsibilities Drive sales and growth for the East UP Region via channel development and dealer relationship management. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Targets (value & volume) and ensure timely Collections . Expand dealer network by identifying and onboarding new channel partners. Mentor, train, and monitor performance of Area Sales Executives and on-ground sales team. Ensure smooth Scheme Implementation , product availability, branding, and merchandising at dealer counters. Handle Credit Control , timely dispatches, and dealer satisfaction. Monitor Market Trends , competition, and local dynamics and adapt strategy accordingly. Plan and execute Dealer Meets, Painter Meets , and Local Promotional Activities . Requirements: Graduate/MBA with 8 to 15 years of experience in sales, especially Channel Sales in East UP . Experience in Paints, Coatings, Building Materials, or Hardware industry is a must. Strong dealer network in East UP and familiarity with local market geography. Excellent communication in Hindi, and English . Leadership, team handling, and result-oriented approach.
