The Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic yet hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to scale Interpolitan's global digital presence and performance marketing engine.You will own client acquisition across markets through data-driven experimentation, funnel optimisation, and integrated multichannel campaigns. You'll lead paid media, SEO, ABM, CRO, and analytics efforts, collaborating closely with content, creative, product, and commercial teams.This role will also be instrumental in launching new products and markets, shaping user journeys, and driving measurable growth across the UAE, India, UK, Canada and beyond.The position can be based in London, Dubai, or Mumbai. Relocation packages are not offered, and candidates must already hold valid work authorisation for their chosen location.
Requirements
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Formulating plans to increase users, engagement, and revenue across the customer funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue
- Plan and manage performance campaigns across multiple channels, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms
- Launch and optimise multi-market campaigns, ABM, and funnel automation
- Work closely with Sales, Client Services and Finance to align growth priorities and optimise conversion and revenue impact. Improving conversion rates and funnel efficiency through continuous iteration
Digital & CRO
- Lead experimentation across landing pages, CTAs, and conversion funnels
- Improve lead capture, nurture, and scoring workflows using HubSpot and integrated tools
- Collaborate with design and dev teams to test UX and CRO opportunities
- Blend artistic campaign creation with technical channel management
SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop an organic growth strategy, including content-led SEO, link-building, and keyword tracking
- Oversee website optimisation and performance tracking, working close with the wider marketing team
- Experience driving growth through mobile and app channels, including acquisition, engagement, and conversion optimisation
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, CAC, funnel performance, and ROI
- Generate actionable insights to inform budget allocation and campaign optimisation
- Continuously iterate and improve based on performance metrics and user feedback
- Laser-focused on measurable, scalable growth metrics
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/fintech/financial services)
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic etc.)
- Must have experience operating growth across UK, UAE and international markets
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with landing page tools and A/B testing platforms
- Data-savvy with experience using GA4, PowerBi, or similar
- Commercial mindset, self-starter, comfortable working across teams and regions
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Experience launching vertical or product-specific campaigns or new market entries
- Knowledge of compliance and financial regulatory environments
