📍 Location: Remote (India) or Hyderabad Office


We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, demos, and revenue. You will own end-to-end performance across paid channels, continuously test and scale campaigns, and work closely with sales, design, and content teams.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (B2B focus)
  • YouTube & remarketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and reduce CAC

Campaign & Keywords Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, and quality score
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
  • Optimize funnels from click → lead → SQL → customer

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage:
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Conversion tracking & events
  • Create weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps

Landing Pages & CRO

  • Collaborate with design/content teams to improve landing page conversion rates
  • Suggest improvements based on user behaviour, heatmaps, and data

Strategy & Growth

  • Identify new growth opportunities, keywords bidding strategy, audiences, and channels
  • Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices


Required Skills


Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking & attribution
  • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and dashboards (Looker Studio is a plus)

Marketing Skills

  • Funnel-based marketing mindset
  • Strong copy sense for ads and CTAs
  • Understanding of B2B lead quality vs lead volume

Soft Skills

  • Analytical and numbers-driven
  • Clear communicator with stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS / IT services / CRM / ERP
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or marketing automation
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns

Success Metrics

  • Consistent reduction in CPL & CPA
  • Improved lead quality and conversion rates
  • Scalable campaigns with predictable performance
  • Clear reporting and actionable insights

Success Metrics (First 90 Days)

  • Launch and optimize core Google & LinkedIn campaigns
  • Establish clean conversion and pipeline tracking
  • Improve lead quality and MQL → SQL conversion rate
  • Deliver consistent, scalable lead flow aligned with sales goals
