Job Description

THE ROLE


We’re hiring an in-house Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across Meta and Google.


You will work closely with the founders and manage external agencies, while being internally accountable for growth outcomes.


This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue.



WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Growth strategy and execution across Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Daily budget allocation, spend pacing, and scaling decisions
  • CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin optimisation
  • Campaign and SKU-level performance analysis
  • Funnel optimisation (CTR → CVR → Purchase)
  • Creative testing roadmap in collaboration with creative teams
  • Managing and extracting output from external agencies



DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and analyse daily performance metrics (spend, revenue, CAC, ROAS)
  • Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones decisively
  • Identify and test new audiences, creatives, and growth levers
  • Drive high-velocity creative testing (multiple new creatives per day)
  • Work with founders to align growth with inventory and business goals
  • Prepare weekly performance insights and action plans



SUCCESS METRICS

  • Month-on-month revenue growth
  • CAC as a % of AOV
  • Ability to scale ad spend without margin erosion
  • Creative win-rate and testing velocity
  • Predictability and stability of growth



WHO YOU ARE

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance / growth marketing
  • Have personally managed and scaled paid media budgets
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable with accountability and fast execution
  • Experience in D2C / e-commerce strongly preferred
  • Bias for speed, experimentation, and ownership
