Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage marketing operations across multiple districts of Gujarat. The role involves lead generation, team leadership and brand building using traditional on-ground marketing activities by monitoring results and hurdles in expansion. The candidate will play a key role in expanding Bull Agritech’s presence in North Gujarat, Middle Gujarat, and Kutch regions and increasing penetration in current geographies.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Lead Generation & monitoring lead quality

• Improve lead generation funnel
• Manage the performance and targets of marketing managers present in various collection centres.

2. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and guide ground marketing staff
• Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance assessments
• Build a strong marketing team culture focused on results

3. Center Development & Expansion plan

• Plan and support the development of the marketing material of new centers
• Coordinate with teams for smooth pre & post-launch activities  

4. Branding & Promotion

• Plan and execute branding activities at the village level
• Promote Bull Agritech through on-ground campaigns, events, and farmer meets
• Ensure consistent brand visibility across all centers

5. Expansion of farmer-WhatsApp communities

• Achieving WhatsApp onboarding targets

6. Advertising & Print Media

• Plan and manage printing of pamphlets, banners, posters, and other promotional materials
• Ensure effective distribution of advertising material in target areas
• Monitor ROI of print and offline marketing activities

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities (Gujarati mandatory)
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Experience in rural / agri-based marketing preferred
• Expertise in traditional/offline marketing
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
• Comfortable with occasional field visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Agritech, Agriculture, FMCG, or Rural Marketing
