Customer Success Manager

Purpose of the Role

This is a hybrid role combining Customer Success, Client Engagement, and Marketing Leadership.

You’ll drive client satisfaction, retention, growth, and brand impact while also managing content marketing and marketing collateral for Raven Labs, Unledgered, and select clients.

This role is built for someone with a hustler mindset — able to juggle priorities, think like an owner, build strong relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Client Success & Engagement

• Be the primary relationship manager for assigned clients (Raven Labs, Unledgered, and others)
• Maintain Customer Success Rate / Feedback Score ≥ 95%
• Conduct weekly/fortnightly client meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and capture opportunities
• Ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards
• Drive retention, upselling, and organic growth

Marketing Leadership

• Manage and execute content marketing strategies for Raven Labs, Unledgered, and client brands
• Own and update all company marketing collateral in line with brand and service offerings
• Optimise content for reach, engagement, and lead generation
• Track marketing performance and share recommendations

Sales & Pre-Sales Support

• Attend sales/pre-sales meetings with professionalism
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotes in collaboration with technical teams
• Support onboarding of new customers

Technical & Project Coordination

• Bridge communication between clients and internal/external technical teams
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality
• Gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with customer expectations

Administrative & Operational Support

• Handle admin tasks: scheduling, travel bookings, CRM/ERP updates, and basic finance support
• Improve and document scalable processes
• Proactively suggest automation and process improvements
