As a Client Success Manager at PinnacleWorks, your primary responsibility is to provide continuous support and network with clients. You will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, implementing innovative programs to enhance business revenue, and reducing churn rates. Effective communication, understanding client requirements, and devising solutions to meet their needs are crucial aspects of your role. - Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention - Set clear client retention goals and analyze customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance satisfaction and retention rates - Identify upselling opportunities based on the client's business model - Foster trust and transparency while advocating for clients within the organization - Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and encourage clients to upgrade - Support clients with onboarding, training, and addressing queries - Analyze customer feedback to facilitate informed decisions and account renewals - Update clients on new features and conduct regular online and onsite meetings - Serve as the main point of contact for support-related activities and address client concerns promptly - Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Management or Account Management roles, preferably in the SaaS industry - Experience with B2B or corporate clients is preferred, familiarity with IT or related sectors is advantageous - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and networking proficiency - Time management skills, project prioritization capabilities, and fluency in English and Hindi are essential PinnacleWorks is a forward-thinking company dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology to disrupt industries.
