Language Expert

As a language expert, your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of written and spoken language proficiency in Kannada. The company is seeking professionals with a strong command over the language and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Translate the current script of the voice agent accurately to ensure it sounds like a natural day-to-day conversation without any grammatical or punctuation errors. - Add phrases to train the AI agent in understanding different types of queries and statements. - Create workflow charts and diagrams, study business functions, gather information, evaluate output requirements and formats. - Recommend improvements by identifying problems and writing enhanced procedures. - Conduct regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. - Listen to ongoing calls to identify accuracy and error percentage on a daily basis. - Identify training or ASR errors and coordinate with the team for regular fixes. Requirements: - Proficiency in the Kannada language is essential. - Proficiency in Hindi or English as a second language for communication and coordination with the team. - Ability to impact operations and drive change without being confrontational. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
