We are seeking a Language Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Hindi and English, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. This role involves resolving inquiries and issues while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in both Hindi and English to ensure clear communication.
Provide support in translating documents and communications as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
